Your bamboo bike is crafted with care, so it may take 90 days to prepare your order for shipment. Once your bike is ready, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

Please note that unexpected delays can sometimes occur due to customs or shipping company issues, but we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.
4. Customs and Import Duties

5. Damaged or Defective Items
We carefully inspect and pack every bamboo bike to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, if your bike arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make things right. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with photos and details of the issue, and we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund.
6. No Returns for Non-Defective Items
